So remember when I said I like to get all my Christmas gifts bought/made and wrapped before Thanksgiving?
That’s still true but sometimes it just doesn’t work out.
I got the majority of my brother’s gifts for everyone—I’m his elf this year—bought but not wrapped. And I got all the stuff to make my Christmas presents for everyone! Just . . . Haven’t had the time to make anything yet.
I’ve been dealing with a lot of exhaustion and brain fog recently. Every time I eat, I get tired after. Like I’ve just ran a marathon tired.
So I’m trying something weird and new!
My mom and I think it might be linked to digestion since it almost always happens after I eat. So I’m running an experiment.
I’m taking each meal and cutting it into fourths ish. Every hour I’ll eat a fourth ish of my meal. So for instance: Today’s breakfast was a banana with PB on toast. So I had half of my banana with collegian tea this morning around 7 and then at 8 I made up my toast with PB and my leftover 1/2 banana. Cut that into fourths and viola.
It’s almost 11 and I’m on my last quarter. I also made up some lemon water and a protein drink to slurp on.
So far my results are: I’m not as tired!! I’m gonna continue this experiment for a few days or a week to see how I far. But if this will help with exhaustion, then I’m all for it.
